I've been receiving mixed answers:-/ Favorite Answer If you are confident about your performance, when can you start? It sounds like mixed signals to me personally. Usually a short job interview is kind of not a good sign. He did say he would definitely be in contact but that does not mean to tell you, you have the job. I say send the company a thank you if you have their address or email address. Thank yous can help. And the fact that the other people were not available to speak for you usually is not a good sign. Did you have an opportunity to ask him questions? Did you ask him any? Maybe the interview was brief because he was pressed for time or maybe someone else was supposed to interview you. Not sure on this one but just brace yourself and apply for other jobs. If it takes a job usually more than two weeks to get back to you, this means either they are not going to fill the position because of HR issues or they have chosen another person.
